Green practices at Camping Le Futuriste
As part of this initiative, our establishment is committed to saving energy by installing a heat pump for the pools, as well as air conditioning and heating for the reception area and restaurant.
All our facilities are equipped with double glazing, including our rental accommodations with reinforced insulation for our mobile homes.
Nour toilets are equipped with dual-flush systems, including in our rental accommodations, and we use low-energy lighting in the reception area, restrooms, and luxury rentals.
We provide timed, automatic-shutoff showers and faucets in our restroom facilities.
Our green waste is distributed to local organic farmers, and we provide a dedicated waste sorting area with color codes displayed on the internal rules provided upon arrival and on-site; since June 2023, a composting station has been available, and themed activities will be offered as part of this initiative.
We use 100% biodegradable and compostable packaging for bread and pastries as well as for takeout boxes; we do not provide bags at the grocery store.
We recycle used paper in the offices, and all staff members are trained in resource management (stationery, cleaning products, energy, and water).
In the summer, we host a market every Thursday evening featuring local products, some of which are certified organic.
